Your first stop for pediatric after-hours care! Galen Pediatrics patients have access to our after hours clinic for non-emergency medical care. You must call the After Hours line to schedule: 423-498-1024.

To access your patient information Online, you will need to create a user login. To “Register as a New User”, follow the following steps.
1. To add another person to your user account, you must contact their doctor’s office and request a Clinic Issued Registration Code. You will also need the patient’s birth date.
2. Log in to the portal. From the menu bar (on a PC) or the menu button (on mobile), click on “Profile” and then select “User Access Center”.
3. Under the “Already a Galen patient?” header, click “Add Someone Else”.
4. Enter the Registration Code and the patient’s birth date, then click “Submit Request”.
* IMPORTANT: Patients aged 14-17 are required to have prior authorization (Minor Consent Form) from the clinic before an account can be created on their behalf. Please call the office to obtain authorization to access the portal.
NOTE: The registration code is a specific 9 digit code and is ONLY valid for 72 hours.
This is NOT the same as the patient account number. If you were given a number that is less than nine digits, it is the patient’s Galen account number, not a Registration Code.
Lab results can be accessed Online under the Medical Tab. To view, download, or print your results: Go to Medical > Test Results > Select “Show Result”
To send your provider a message: Select Create Message > Select Medical as the Category > Select your provider as the recipient > select Subject or type the reason for your message.
* Please do NOT use Secure Messaging to correspond with your provider about medical issues other than the choices listed. Please call the office for any other medical issues/questions.
To pay your bill Online, go to Billing > Pay Bill. Credit card payments made Online will process and update within 24 hrs. You can view the payment confirmation under Payment History.
* If you do not have a patient portal account or want to pay a bill for another patient that doesn’t have a portal account, you can take the following steps.
