Chelsea Lee originally grew up in Avon Park, Florida. She studied at Southern Adventist University and graduated with her associates degree in nursing. After that, she went on to get her bachelor’s degree in nursing. She then received her master’s degree in nursing, specializing in family nurse practitioner from East Tennessee State University. Chelsea is currently a member of CANAP (Chattanooga Area Nurses in Advanced Practice).
From a young age Chelsea was always interested in the way the human body works, and particularly was interested in childbirth and the care of infants. After working labor and delivery for several years, she decided to become a nurse practitioner. Her philosophy is that all patients deserve special care from their providers that makes them feel cared for and understood.
Chelsea’s favorite thing about Chattanooga is that there are so many beautiful places to hike. One of her favorite hiking areas are the trails on Signal Mountain. During her free time, she enjoys exploring downtown Chattanooga and trying new restaurants that pop up. Chelsea’s hobbies include reading, writing, shopping, hiking, swimming, spending time with friends and family, and being out in nature.
