She counsels patients on “preventative aging” and recommends daily specialized skincare routines and sun protection.
In her free time, Dr. Goddard enjoys hiking in the mountains with her dogs, paddle-boarding in nearby lakes and rivers, and rock climbing.

BOTOX® Cosmetic is a simple, non-surgical, physician-administered treatment that can temporarily smooth moderate to severe frown lines between the brows. Botox can also be injected in the forehead and the crow’s feet. Available to people between 18 to 65 years of age, it is the only treatment of its type approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Botox is administered through a few tiny injections in one treatment. Within days, you’ll notice improvements, which can last up to four months. To date, more than four million people have been treated with Botox, manufactured by Allergan.
The JUVÉDERM product line includes three fillers to add volume to different areas of the face – VOLUMA® XC for the cheek area, VOLBELLA® XC for the lips, and JUVÉDERM® XC to soften the wrinkles and fold around the nose and mouth.
JUVÉDERM VOLUMA XC
injectable gel is the first and only filler FDA-approved to instantly add volume to the cheek area. It gives you a subtle lift, helping to restore contour and a more youthful profile, for up to two years, in patients over the age of 21.
JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® XC
Recently approved by the FDA, JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA XC soft gel filler is designed to increase lip fullness and soften lip lines for adults over 21. Restoring natural volume to your lips and softening wrinkles around the lips to accentuate the lip border and define the cupid’s bow, JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA XC provides a fuller, natural-looking, youthful lip appearance proven to last for a full year. One treatment takes only a few minutes with minimal discomfort and little downtime.
JUVÉDERM® XC
JUVÉDERM is a gel of smooth consistency made of hyaluronic acid—a naturally occurring substance in your skin that gives skin volume and hydration. We use JUVÉDERM injectable gel by easing it under your skin to instantly restore your skin’s volume and smooth away facial wrinkles and folds, like your “smile lines” or “parentheses” —the creases that run from the bottom of your nose to the corners of your mouth.
JUVÉDERM provides a smooth, natural look and feel—so everyone will notice, but no one will know! In fact, studies show superior results of JUVÉDERM compared to a collagen-based dermal filler. JUVÉDERM injectable gel is the first FDA-approved hyaluronic acid dermal filler that is proven to be safe and effective for persons of color.
KYBELLA® is a prescription medicine used in adults to improve the appearance and profile of moderate to severe fat below the chin (submental fat), also called “double chin.”
It is not known if KYBELLA® is safe and effective for the treatment of fat outside of the submental area or in children under 18 years of age.
After KYBELLA® treatment, you will likely have some swelling, bruising, or numbness under your chin. Be sure to inform your healthcare professional if you develop an uneven smile, facial muscle weakness, difficulty swallowing or injection site problems such as bruising, hair loss, open sores (ulcers), and damage and tissue cell-death (necrosis) around the injection site. Call your healthcare provider if you develop open sores or drainage from the treatment area.
Innovative and effective, Collagen P.I.N. activates cellular regeneration to help tighten and lift skin, while minimizing common skin problems such as acne scars, fine lines, photo-aging, dull skin, poor texture, stretch marks and body scars.
Automated Micro-Needling (also known as Percutaneous Collagen Induction Therapy or PCIT) is a new innovation in aesthetic medicine for the treatment of fine lines, acne scars and improvement of the skin’s appearance. During this procedure, tiny needles are used to create controlled micro-injuries to the skin in order to produce collagen and elastin. The skin’s repair process results in a thicker dermis with the appearance of softer wrinkles. Automated micro-needling also creates superficial micro-channels, which allow topical serums and creams to be absorbed more effectively into the skin. Collagen P.I.N. is the most advanced medical-grade automated micro-needling device on the market. Click below and let us help you find a Collagen P.I.N. provider in your area today.
LATISSE® is an FDA-approved treatment to grow eyelashes for people with inadequate or not enough lashes.
LATISSE® solution is a growth treatment for hypotrichosis (inadequate or not enough eyelashes). In fact, it’s the first FDA-approved treatment clinically proven to grow lashes. And it’s the first lash growth product of its kind available by prescription. So you’ll need to talk to your doctor to see if it’s right for you.
LATISSE® grows lashes longer, fuller and darker.
LATISSE® solution is a once-nightly treatment you apply topically to the base of your upper eyelashes, as instructed by your doctor. Then, gradually, the results come in. You may start to see more length in as little as 4 weeks and you should achieve full growth in 16 weeks. It’s not an illusion of growth. It’s real lash growth.
How LATISSE® works.
LATISSE® makes lash growth possible because of its active ingredient: bimatoprost. Although the precise mechanism of action is unknown, LATISSE® is believed to affect the growth (anagen) phase of the eyelash hair cycle in two ways: first, it increases the length of this phase, and second, it increases the number of hairs in this growth phase.
Dermatologists are physicians trained in the medical, surgical, and cosmetic care of the skin. This training includes medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Shuster can treat patients of any age, from the very young to the very old.
Skin conditions can be grouped into two primary groups pediatric adult age groups. Our providers supply the proper care and treatment of problems associated with hair and nails and also regularly perform full-body mole checks.
Adult Dermatology
Adult dermatology conditions generally associated with the adult age group include skin cancers (basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma), pre-cancerous lesions (actinic keratoses), eczema (atopic dermatitis), rosacea, psoriasis, seborrheic keratoses, hair loss, shingles, allergic reactions and hives, and other rare, benign, and possibly malignant skin disorders.
Because the risk of developing skin cancer increases as one gets older, it is recommended that a regular skin examination be performed by a physician, preferably a dermatologist, who is skilled in recognizing the subtle changes that may occur in moles and skin growths.
Pediatric Dermatology
Pediatric conditions primarily encountered in infancy and childhood include port wine stains, hemangiomas (strawberry birthmarks), congenital nevi (pigmented birthmarks), eczema and dry skin, cradle cap (seborrheic dermatitis), acne, allergic reactions, insect bites, fungal infections, warts, molluscum, and rarely, genetic disorders and congenital malformations.
Our experienced group of providers apply a modern approach and a caring touch to provide you with the highest quality health care in the Chattanooga region.
