We called to check on you, but weren't able to reach you.
We’ve sent your hospital records to your Galen Primary Care Provider for review. Please call us with any questions or to schedule a follow up with your Primary Care Provider.
We want to be sure you have access to the care you need when you need it.
To help accomplish this goal, we’ve included some helpful information about seeking care at the ER for emergencies and Galen’s after-hours clinic for non-emergency, urgent care needs.
Please call us with any questions or to schedule a follow-up with your PCP
A very bad headache that’s worse than you ever had before
Health care providers in the ER treat the sickest patients first. That means if you go to the ER with only minor injury or illness, you may have to wait a long time for treatment.
If it’s not an emergency, first try calling your PCP. If you cannot get an appointment same day, consider going to the After-hours clinic or urgent care. They are open nights and weekends too.
