Chariti Black is a Family Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive women’s healthcare from adolescence through postmenopause, with a focus on prevention, wellness, and individualized care. Her services include annual exams, routine screenings, contraception counseling, STI testing and education, management of gynecologic concerns, and menopausal care. She is passionate about listening to her patients and creating a supportive environment where women feel heard, valued, and empowered in their healthcare journey.
Born and raised in Chattanooga, Chariti is proud to serve the community she calls home. She values the strong sense of connection the area provides and feels honored to care for the individuals and families who live here.

Most importantly, she values spending time with her family, especially supporting her boys in sports and the activities they enjoy.
