Alyna “Aly” Estes, PA-C, brings compassion, expertise, and a heartfelt commitment to women’s health to every patient interaction. With a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Aly blends evidence-based care with a strong emphasis on education, empowerment, and preventive health for women at all stages of life.
Her journey into medicine was driven by a deep empathy and a lifelong desire to serve others. During her clinical rotations at Erlanger in Chattanooga, Aly discovered her passion for OBGYN and the critical need for better education and support around women’s health. She especially enjoys helping patients understand how to align their wellness routines—like exercise and nutrition—with the natural rhythms of their menstrual cycles.
Originally from the East Coast, Aly has called Chattanooga home since meeting her husband here during PA school. She loves the city’s vibrant outdoor scene and can often be found exploring local trails, trying new restaurants, or gardening at home with her two energetic dogs, Indie and Jax.
As a provider, Aly is known for creating a safe, welcoming space where patients feel truly heard. She is dedicated to working collaboratively with women to develop personalized care plans that support their goals and well-being.

Galen’s Labor and Delivery teams are here to help make your birthing experience everything you want it to be. We work closely with you to support your healthcare choices, such as medicated or non-medicated labor and other birthing practices or aids. We strive for a vaginal delivery and only recommend a C-section if your health or your baby’s health is at risk.
