Lifestyle & Internal Medicine
Megan vonWerssowetz is a board-certified nurse practitioner at Galen Lifestyle Medicine. Megan is a Chattanooga native and graduated from Chattanooga Christian School. She attended Chattanooga State Technical Community College in 2007 and received an associate degree in nursing. She then attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and graduated with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in nursing. She has been practicing as a nurse practitioner for the past five years.
Megan has always been interested in the medical field. As a primary care provider, she believes it is her job to teach patients what health is and to help them achieve and maintain their health. She prides herself in building relationships with patients and being there for them as a listening ear or a cheerleader as they achieve healthy lifestyles. Megan’s ideal day off work would be spending time with her family or getting caught up on the necessities of being a wife and a mother. She loves that Chattanooga offers so many fun opportunities and a place she calls “home” to her and her family.
