Luke Mentzer, PA-C

Specialist in Family Medicine

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Luke grew up in Hartland, CT, and came to Tennessee to attend P.A. school. For undergrad, he attended Wheaton College in Illinois, studying Applied Health Science, then he worked in Hartford, CT as an ER Tech at a large hospital for two and a half years. Mentored by another Physician’s Assistant, Luke was inspired to continue his education at P.A. school, attending Bethel University. He completed his clinicals in the Knoxville area, and graduated in May.

Luke has specific interest in sports medicine and pediatrics, and said he loves being able to help kids overcome illnesses and injuries through his practice.

As he has a great love for the outdoors, Luke spends his time off mountain biking, rock climbing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and camping. Since moving here, he has enjoyed exploring the outdoor playground that is Chattanooga, and is happy to now call this small city home.
